job description:

input notes into the relational database; by entering real-time feedback and search progress from all members of the search team as well as clients and candidates. assist with preparation of expense reports to ensure accuracy of the allocation of client- related expenses. assist with preparation of production work associated with executing a search assignment, such as: qualifications packages, proposal & confirmation letters, position specifications, candidate presentations, reference reports, closeout letters, and candidate & client correspondence.

qualifications:

an undergraduate degree is desirable. proficient in microsoft applications (word, outlook, powerpoint, excel). technical aptitude for database systems. high-level, written and oral communication skills. working knowledge of google, linkedin, etc. experience proofreading and editing documents. strong attention to detail. possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.professional appearance and attire required. ***
