responsibilities

entry level job - has responsibility for providing 'hands-on' technical support to the production, and repair of equipment and/or tools. in shop environment, receives field tools, takes them apart, repairs and refurbishes tool to go back to the field.

maintains and/or refurbish tools as per tool requirements and procedures conduct hydraulic pressure tests to ensure integrity of made up assemblies prepare equipment as well as  loading and unloading equipment to and from the rig siteoperate overhead cranes and fork lifts. performs rigging and slinging as per regulationsensure workshop is clean and organized  at all timesacknowledgement of measuring tools and equipment calibration perform maintenance  of equipment as per requirementsmust comply with  weatherford quality policy and requirements of the quality systems manual, operating and technical procedures and workplace instructions must understand  all safety rules and company policies of weatherford

qualifications

0-1+ years related experience preferredhigh school diploma (or secondary school diploma, or equivalent) preferred experience in oilfield operations or workshop preferredmechanically inclinedknowledge of windows based systems
