responsibilities
plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventionscollaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate careempathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of caredemonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
qualifications

required: degree in nursing upon hire licensed with the applicable state nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges upon hire.
