the senior digital product owner of digital product management capabilities & product & agile center of excellence (dpmc&p) will lead the execution of strategy and daily activities for a group of dedicated and cross-functional professionals focusing on scaling agility across the firm which will enable firm and branch teams to efficiently and effectively serve hundreds of clients.

reporting to the dpmc&p portfolio owner, this role will focus on developing an internal product team consisting of multiple agile teams to own all aspects of the firm’s digital product management capabilities & product & agile center of excellence and support of the people who use them.working with key stakeholders and business partners, the senior product owner will help create the vision for how human-centered complete wealth management can benefit the firm’s clients and will serve at the forefront of driving solutions to provide the best possible branch and client experience.responsibilities will include identifying business opportunities and directing team activities to achieve desired outcomes by gathering requirements, designing workflows, coordinating the development, and implementing finalized solutions.the senior product owner will serve as the primary product leader, developing deep subject matter expertise within the dpm capabilities & agile center of excellence space.to be successful in this role, the sr. product owner must possess the ability to work across multiple corporate divisions and all levels of associates and management to build strategic partnerships.

the senior digital product owner of dpmc&p is responsible for developing, advocating for, and executing the strategy for the firm's digital agility aimed at empowering jones associates to adopt new ways of working to enable our next 100 years.

the dpmc&p team is currently leading the agile transformation at edward jones. as such we are seeking an individual with deep subject matter expertise in industry-leading agile transformation frameworks (i.e. safe, scrum, value stream mapping, etc.) and the leadership ability to manage a large-scale transformation and adoption.

position requirements:
