we are seeking an rn - travel- med surg/ teleer, icu, pacu ( hospital exp $$$ ) to join our team! you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

responsibilities:

administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients diagnose and establish patient treatment plans monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities maintain accurate patient medical records provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

qualifications:

previous experience in nursing or other medical fields familiarity with medical software and equipment ability to build rapport with patients strong problem solving and critical thinking skills ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care settingentering a patient's roomdesign an ongoing education program for emergency room staffupdating patient communication board in patient's roomprovide care for patients with various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attentionadministering nursing care to patients via the nursing processdetermine the scope of assessment and care for patients in need of emergency carecoordinate the nursing care of assigned patientsserve as patient advocate and provide patient careparticipate in emergency preparedness/disaster trainingassure availability of emergency equipment/pharmaceuticalsprovide nursing care to identified patient populationcoordinate medical and nursing management of patient carecoordinate medical andnursing management of patient carecoordinate all nursing care provided to assigned patientsproviding patient care within a hospital settingproviding advanced nursing care for patients in emergency care unitsenhance delivery of patient caredirect the nursing care provided to patients on a nursing unitidentifying and organizing patient flow from emergency department to in-patient units or community services
