we are seeking a process technician for the manufacturing engineering department at our salisbury, north carolina plant.

duties and responsibilities:

maintains and troubleshoots molding / coating operations set up process to specified parameter specs. verify set up after die change by staying on site for the first 5 parts produced. conduct daily inspections on the line for verification of processes running to specification. troubleshoot any molding or coating problems. works with quality on any issues that arise because of molding or coating. may handle hazardous waste. perfomr routine cleaning of equipment, general housekeeping and maintain clean work area.

requirements: 

high school diploma or equivalent required. must be able to read and write sufficiently to fully understand safety policies, work instructions, and chemical warning labels. good math skills and mechanical ability. must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. must be proficient in microsoft products as well as autocad. must be able to work with little supervision. must be able to be forklift certified.
