work you’ll do:

the consulting marketing senior specialist will work with the consulting hybrid business portfolio marketing team to develop and execute the strategic market plan for deloitte’s smart factory hybrid business with a focus on bringing energy, creativity, and innovation to the campaign. in this role, your responsibilities will include:

strategic marketing planning - developing and executing integrated go-to-market planscampaign development and implementation - liaising with internal and/or external agency to executing against market strategy and messaging through high-impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketingmarket sensing & research - identifying research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to stay current on market trends, competitive activity, consulting priorities, and identify opportunitiesfacilitate the client journey - including strategic input and oversight of content and activations that support the strategic marketing plan in capturing client attention, including (but not limited to) narrative messaging and visual identity, website pages, social media postings, blogs, sales enablement material, event experience and copy, while looking across channels to ensure consistency in messaging, tone and client experiencecontent development - including copy creation, editing and review/approval for activations such as website, placemats/sales sheets, client stories and other sales and marketing materials that support the strategic marketing planthoughtware execution and commercialization - facilitating go-to-market launch and promotionevent support - leading the charge on planning, execution, and post event activities, including roi capturedata and analytics - developing data-driven reports that tell a compelling story against defined kpis, while articulating clearly defined and actionable recommendations against resultsstakeholder & agency collaboration and management - working across multiple teams including the business leaders, internal and external communications, analyst relations, alliances and deloitte’s in-house green dot agency

required qualifications:

3-5+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on business marketing strategy and planningunderstanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable resultsunderstanding of brand management and product portfolio strategyfamiliarity and demonstrable skill with market research, analytics, and synthesis into a story with actionable outputteam-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting client expectations and deadlinesoutstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skillspolished executive presence and professional client service mannerdemonstrated ability to be collaborative and interact with all levels of managementflexibility, adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid prioritiesstrong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skillssuperior microsoft office skills (e.g., word, excel, powerpoint, outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing effortsbachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related business fieldtravel up to 10% is a requirement of the rolelimited immigration sponsorship may be available.
