our client is looking for a very experienced fiduciary professional that is a licensed attorney in tn that is responsible to ensure all client accounts are within good standing. you will need to review trust documents, assure that the company's fiduciary responsibilities are properly discharged, that clients are serviced expeditiously and professionally, and that business is conducted in such a way to accomplish the client's goals without creating undue risk to the company. you must understand and comply with laws and regulations. you will complete fiduciary reviews, special asset research, and participate in active litigation by gathering information. knowledge of state specific trust laws are preferred.
jd or llm required and bar admission in relevant states required. this is a hybrid opportunity with a fair split of working from home and in the office. they pay a competitive salary with a bonus, and other great benefits.
