home health aide (hha) responsibilities:

daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)assist with the daily living activities per the plan of caremonitor patients and report on their conditionhelp with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functionsaccompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands

home health aide (hha) requirements:

must have new york state home health aide certificategovernment issued id, social security card & work authorization, if needed2 reference lettersrecent physicaltb screening (quantiferon preferred)rubella & rubeola titer lab work

job types: full-time, part-time, per diem
