the aftermarket repair supervisor will supervise the daily operations of the aftermarket electro-mechanical and electronic repair business while prioritizing safety of the team, quality of repairs, and delivery to exceed customer expectations.

oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. typically managing hourly employee populations.developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.in-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. in-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.capitalizes on education, prior experience, and current environment to solve straight forward tasks as well as to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. leverages access to technical resources and uses analytic thinking to solve problems. may use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.an individual in this role will should have proven interpersonal skills lead an hourly team as well as hire and develop talent.identify and implement lean initiatives within areas of responsibility.

required qualifications:

bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / ged with at least 6 years of relevant experience)minimum 3 years of relevant experience
