remx staffing is seeking a customer service representative in the branchburg, nj area!
this is a 4 month long contract position with potential to convert to permanent
hours: monday-friday 8:30am-5:00pm

duties and responsibilities

utilize protocols to respond to inquiries via phone, chat, fax, sms / text, mail, and e-mail prepare documentation and notifications; perform proper escalation, tracking, and follow-up work with teams to transfer customers to other units as needed resolve basic technology and data entry issues with customers handle order management to ensure orders are delivered respond to product inquiries and provide information related to product acquisition support sample and marketing resource requests from customers

experience and qualifications

2 years+ of customer service experience must possess strong computer skills including microsoft office suite, telephone, and meeting platform technology must possess high level of initiative and commitment to successfully complete projects and assignments excellent verbal and written communication skills required proof of covid19 vaccine required at time of hire
