accounts receivable representative

we are seeking an accounts receivable representative to join our accounting team. we are looking for an individual to join a great team that will provide growth. you will be responsible for full-cycle accounts receivable, speaking with clients, and much more! this role will allow you to have a work-life balance.

responsibilities:

collect, handle disputes and keep high-volume commercial accounts clean. also, collect on other accounts as assigned.update invoices, handle processing edi invoices, and correct errors as needed.send out monthly statements to the assigned customer base.deposit checks when needed.post payments when needed.assist in audits and ad hoc reporting

qualifications:

strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsspreadsheet and database capabilitiesdeep understanding of microsoft excelaccounts payable (ap) experience desiredattention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
