Food sanitation workers needed-9:30pm-6:30am - united states, waku kungo

working at this job site you will be mixing chemicals, pressure washing and inspecting all of the equipment that is used for the production crew. it is the sanitation crews responsibility to make sure that the equipment is clean and ready to go for the next day.

this is a food sanitation position working at a facility the does all the breading for fish sticks, cheese sticks, french toast stick and more.

* coordinates with maintenance personnel and other sanitation crew the dismantling of production line and equipment in preparation for cleaning.
* disassembles and reassembles the production line and equipment as necessary for cleaning.
* cleans the floors of all debris and rinses thoroughly.
* cleans air lines and hoses that feed the lines.
* removes and replaces equipment as needed to accommodate production set-up requirements.
* sanitizes production equipment in preparation for maintenance and production set-up crews * cleans and sanitize all pieces of equipment assigned by sanitation lead * cleans chemical room, process floor dry goods area, restroom and other work areas.
* cleans wash buckets, trash cans, hand rails, and other equipment assigned by lead or manager until shift ends.
