daily pharmacy technician responsibilities: 

inputting new prescription information inputting any special patient notes input refill requests fail orders to problem resolution queue obey all state and federal hipaa guidelines perform customer service duties other duties as assigned and maybe asked to assist in other areas

pharmacy technician requirements:

registered or certified pharm tech in the state of fl hs diploma required previous experience interpreting and entering prescriptions - will accept candidates who just received their license ability to troubleshoot and work independently ability to effectively communicate with co- workers and other departments ability to work in fast paced environment - they do item entry for 200 scripts per day on average ability to learn new computer systems ability to work in a team environment team player who is willing to cross train and help wherever needed

hours for this pharmacy technician position:

monday – friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm
