job responsibilities


§ build lasting relationships with new, repeat, and referral customers
§ educate clientele on various floor covering products
§ assist customers with general project design and provide expert advice
§ document customer profiles within rfms (project management software)
§ utilize industry hardware/software to build accurate floor plans and proposals
§ record notes and take pictures to provide subcontractors with relevant information
§ build quotes and email to customers for review
§ walk clients through proposals and preinstallation checklists
§ take payment from customers and ensure the completion of all required paperwork
§ consistently communicate with staff, subcontractors, and customers throughout projects
§ attend monthly sales professional trainings and weekly staff meetings
§ utilize social media to manage existing book of business and create new lead opportunities
§ maintain proper hygiene, meet dress code requirements, and have a positive attitude
