pay: $18/hr
duration: limited service through january 2023

job responsibilities:

1. updates control binders and ensures that additions and changes are made, in a timely fashion, including notifying staff of changes in the materials.
2. work closely with mail house operations to identify obsolete materials and obtain state permission to deplete or recycle.
3. coordinates the monthly field operations hco mailings and presentation schedule production.
4. performs quality checks of all three sets of county control binders.
5. conducts enrollment packet audits against the county control binders for accuracy.
6. maintains updated knowledge of the hco program, including policies and procedure for the department and position.
7. maintains updated knowledge of contract compliance provisions for the project and department and position.
8. maintains knowledge of the hco program quality manual and ensures compliance within the department and position.
9. coordinates the monthly field operations hco mailings and presentation schedule production.

10. notifies field operations, via materials alert, when new materials are received, and old materials are to be recycled.
11. maintains the hco items database and ensures that additions and changes are made in a timely fashion.
12. ensure inventory reports and usage forecasts are accurate and notifies the mail house operations manager with discrepancies.
13. follows policies and procedures without deviation.
14. meets or exceeds production and quality standards set for position
15. manages daily mailings, special mailings and hco requests.
16. performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

*education/experience: associate's degree in office administration or a closely related field; two years of relevant experience in office administration or other related field; computer literacy in spreadsheet software; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. must be proficient in microsoft excel. experience in operations desired.
