position summary:  role is responsible for working with 3rd party business partners to assure defined equipment scope is delivered to the planned schedule.  this person will work hand in hand with a cross functional team executing projects.

essential duties & responsibilities

assist in the development of win strategy for supply develop, implement, and maintain outsourced tracking system track progress of equipment at vendors manage and communicate schedule discrepancies manage diverse relationships thinks innovatively and strategically communicates and influences effectively excellent oral and written communication skills that includes presentation skills this position will need to do supplier/vendor visits.    

required education

high school diploma or equivalent  

preferred education

bachelor degree

required experience & skills

5+ years experience. commercially competent and capable. ability to work on multiple concurrent projects. ability to adapt to various people and working styles under tight deadlines. ability to work beyond regular schedule hours. possess excellent, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.

preferred experience & skills

ability to streamline, standardize, and document procedures. ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups with a wide range of technical and commercial operations expertise to impart instructions, knowledge, suggestions, and information

physical demands

may require employee to rarely climb stairs or ladders if visiting a worksite to inspect / verify equipment and must be able to maintain balance on stairs or ladders without assistance.

must be able to communicate and respond to coworkers, customers, vendors, suppliers and emergency cues/alarms, in person and on the telephone, including use of mobile devices

must be able to rarely lift at least #5 pounds

may require eventual work in outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, extreme cold, unairconditioned facility, snow, sandstorms, sun exposure, high elevation, tropic weather, etc.

may require work on loud environment

must wear all required ppe, including fire-retardant clothing, helmets, face shields, hearing protection, safety goggles, steel-toed boots, as applicable.
