essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:
1) demonstrate a positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills 2) experience in delivering a high level of hospitality and handling customer service request 3) strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision 4) a high attention to detail and being keen to deliver great experiences 5) being a self starter but being open and willing to take direction 6) knowledge of microsoft office suite, including word, excel and outlook 7) planning, managing, and executing events or meetings 8) high school diploma or equivalent 9) minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality positionwhat we offer you:

as an experience coordinator, you will create a memorable impression on the potential members, existing members, and visitors to serendipity labs, whether over the telephone, or face to face. using your engaging personality and love for delivering great hospitality, will help you deliver an exceptionally high standard of personal customer service to our members and guests each day. you are the team member that our members see each and every day and you love the chance to contribute to making their work day just that little bit better. as the backbone of our daily operations and event execution, a smart, professional appearance and friendly, courteous demeanor is an essential ingredient in being successful in this role as is the ability to think ahead and anticipate peoples needs. you love people and people love you.
all this can be accomplished by:
providing a professional welcome to visitors and users of the lab at reception handling phone and in person requests for assistance effectively opening and closing the lab location so that its ready for business and meeting our standards properly stocking and maintaining the appearance of the lab including reception, meeting rooms, café, member, and common areas. light cleaning duties and a strong attention to detail to standards and member needs. assist in delivering meeting & events booked into the lab including set-up, catering, clean-up. creating a community through a contribution to member events and ways to engage members inside and outside the lab. generating interest in the lab by assisting with certain local marketing activities knowing the lab’s members to ensure the best possible handling of requests, visitors, and service requirements update, charge, and maintain accurate member information in billing software being knowledgeable of all other lab locations and our products and services serving as backup to other similar positions at other serendipity lab locations nearby (if applicable)Apply to this job now Report abuse
