in this position you will be asked to provide support for wholesale digital & transformational technology (wdtt) teams, and act a liaison between wdtt application teams, platform management and vulnerability management/risk/audit by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis and solution of complex, strategic, business problems across wdtt. applies knowledge of wdtt and vulnerability management/risk/audit/ to drive to compliance, stability, and sustainability for the future. works with teams to resolve questions, assess risk/audit needs, and provide direction to support the needs of wdtt. acts as the high-level internal consultant within wdtt by representing the application teams in organizing, reporting, and leading all efforts related to vulnerability management/risk/audit and other enterprise activities. there is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, vulnerability management, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with wdtt risk appetite regarding all enterprise, risk and compliance program requirements. as appropriate, directs and provides support for lesser experienced team members within the team.

you are expected to have a full understanding of the technology solutions being addressed and sharing the knowledge with the application teams. this position will help support the efforts directly related to enterprise technology remediation, and you will need to ensure deadlines and deliverables are in sync with enterprise and wdtt priorities: identifying and articulating key risks during work execution in both verbal and written formats; reporting progress and risks across many levels of the organization; and working with team members across the organization to achieve success. duties are varied and may include one or more of the following: leading initiatives by documenting requirements, learning processes, and working across wft teams to collect and distribute pertinent details of the work; providing liaison services to the wdtt application team leads in support of wft and ccibt initiatives (e.g. 14 horizontal transformation uplifts); communication of work to the wddt teams using formal written communications and reporting status with risk commentary.
