key responsibilities
- influencing internal recommendations
- managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
- undertaking various administrative duties
- typing and posting job opportunity advertisements
- using digital recruiting resources
- delivering and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
- running interviews
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience- accomplished in office applications and software, as well as human resource information systems (hris)
- ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- we are looking for someone who has proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
- comprehensive knowledge of full cycle recruiting
- full cycle recruiting experience required
- we need someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
