- you will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- handle incoming telephone calls

- deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- field and send written business correspondence- familiarity with customer relationship management (crm) systems, e.g. act!, illustrator, highrise, and insightly

- excellent problem-solving skills

- excellent verbal, written, and social skills

- general familiarity with call center operations

- previous experience working with high volume call center

- earlier work involving previous call center

- adeptness in call centers

- call center experience highly preferred

- background working with inbound call center

- knowledge of customer service

- call center metrics experience highly valued

- good understanding of fast paced call center

- demonstrated knowledge of call center metrics

- practical knowledge of prior call center

- experience with superior customer service

- call center customer service experience desired

- comprehension of call center operations

- resolve customer service experience preferred

- proficiency in export customer service

- no stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- customer service and office administrative skills

- excellent computer skills

- hands-on knowledge of ms office suite

- ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
