the client relations management (crm) analysts provide technical support to our commercial operations, lending groups and credit teams. the analysts assist clients and external users by managing user access and audits of applications utilized by the commercial loan portfolio.position competencies:

position responsibilities:provides user administration support to internal clients and external customers for lending and trade services (lts) applications and credit applications supported by lts.manages all audit functions, including user audits, for all lending and trade services applications and credit applications supported by lts.manages the department's support email box in accordance with service level agreements.provides education to clients on various self-service tools to ensure positive client experiences with their system access.analyze system access reports to detect possible unauthorized access or breeches.create, edit and/or review procedures/revisions related to supported applications.conduct daily, biweekly, semi-annual and annual audit reviews of application access levels for all applications.provide mentoring to new analysts to support a smooth transition within the team.coordinate system clean-up following scheduled maintenance activities.provide input and recommendations to improve department efficiencies.identifies potential issues in projects/assignments.serve as liaison with vendors to identify and resolve user access problems.
