Overview

this position exists to provide a development opportunity for store managers seeking growth toward multi-supervisory responsibilities. this position is also responsible for all aspects of the spirit district sales position.

responsibilities

during the entire spirit halloween season from approximately may 15th through november 15th, this position will report directly to the spirit lob.responsible to function as a spirit halloween store dsm with duties including the opening, the operating and the closing of the spirit superstores.responsible to lead, assist and further develop other assigned spirit dsm, as needed.responsible for all aspects of the store operation while in the spirit lob assignment, including personnel administration, recruiting, expense control, and all related p&l areas. all suggested discipline, terminations must be partnered and approved with human resources.must be available to live and work in the area assigned by the spirit lob.accept a series of special assignments as required while assigned to the spencer lob, reporting to the operations division of spencer during their assigned period. included in this assignment are the completing of district store merchandiser projects, responsible for audits and inventories, on an as needed basis.proof of vaccination for covid-19 required for employment, reasonable accomodations considered for medical, pregnancy or sincerely held religious beliefs.
