job summary:

the identity and access management (iam) manager will be responsible to ensure that all identity, privilege and access management operates efficiently, reliably and in compliance with required regulations, policies, and processes to support cf's business, security & integrity of the it operations. identify and employ iam methodologies, developing standards & procedures, navigating a distributed operating environment and to champion program improvements. to align technologies and security to fit & function effectively. maintain a simple, pragmatic, and effective iam program design that meets the needs of business & security requirements.

job responsibilities:

1. in conjunction with the director of information security, establish, build out and mature the iam function and its related activities including planning, testing, reporting and delivering iam services.

2. manage iam services including sso, federation, mfa, provisioning, access certification, role-based access control (rbac) and separation of duties (sod).

3. participate in the architecture and design of identity solutions for the enterprise including partnering with the business and tech to determine business decisions, processes, and technical requirements.

4. manage and oversee / monitor daily services, incidents, and service delivery, ensure issues are escalated and addressed, ensure processes are followed and evolve overtime as necessary.

5. implement a formal program to enhance and centralize the identity and access management (iam) function.

6. formulates and defines system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational and/or industry requirements

7. analyzes, defines, and prioritizes the business functional specifications for iam initiatives. helps to develops project scope, charter, constraints, and assumptions for assigned projects

8. responsible for stakeholder relationships to establish project expectations and priorities, coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments to the project team stakeholders, and sponsors.

9. centrally manage user security, entitlement reviews and certifications, as well as interfacing with internal clients

10. design, develop, implement, and maintain iam solutions for cf environment using sailpoint.

11. discuss business cases with clients focusing on iam requirements and their implications

12. advise and guide the organization in all aspects of iam implementation and ongoing operation

13. review and comply with all relevant and applicable regulations as they relate to iam

14. develop and document iam policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines

15. create and conduct training for staff on the use of iam related tools and processes

16. provide iam solution to enterprise platforms (include cloud platform).

17. support and drive all iam related governance and audits initiatives.

18. must understand all iam functions including but not limited to user entitlement reviews.

19. support governance, risk & compliance (grc) and infosec efforts and initiatives

20. manage the strategy and roadmap implementation for identity and access management platform tools.

21. coaches and mentors subordinate, identifies training needs and recommends development programs.

internal controls:
establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements. ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. works with internal controls department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed. develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.

successful incumbents will have:

1. minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, mis or related degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience including leadership or management experience or a combination of training, education and experience.

2. 3-5+ years of experience in integrating security and iam product space with common identity stores (ad/ldap, relational databases, application servers, recertification platforms, physical access management systems.)

3. 3+ years of experience with complex idm & recertification products

4. development and query experience with relational databases (sql preferred)

5. working knowledge of active directory structures

position scope/contribution:
this position is responsible for managing a team tasked with the design, implementation and support for enterprise platforms within the identity lifecycle, authentication, and access governance space.
