ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns
identify and resolve complaints
competent at using a computer system to track customer interactions
efficiently and accurately record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
strong customer service skills
critical thinking and problem solving
tech savvy – able to clearly communicate and trouble shoot issues with clients over the phone
salesforce experience is a plus
highly organized
