our client is a global leader in medical devices. due to growth, seeking a buyer for its plant in queens, ny. primary duties include:
- procure/source material and supplies (100+ sku's)
- negotiate and approve vendors and suppliers
position reports to supply manager.
ideal candidates for buyer position will possess the following.
- 2+ years experience in procurement/buying/sourcing
- experience with sap and strong ms excel skills
