We are looking for a restaurant manager who has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike and brings the core value of 'team' to the restaurant. a natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.key responsibilitiesensure quality of service is aligned with service standards and performance objectives, including cleanliness and appearance of assigned restaurant.ensure that food and beverage operational policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.order restaurant supplies and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary requirements.meet with guests to resolve concerns by guest service standards and procedures.supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outletaid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitabilityjob qualifications:bachelor's degree in hospitality or a similar field is preferredfive (3) years of supervisory or management experience preferred.five (3) years of food and beverage and guest service experience preferred.excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, decision-making skills, proven analytical and problem-solving abilitiescandidates should have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitudemust be in saudi and have a transferrable iqamaexperience in dine in restaurant is preferred
