adecco is currently seeking a documentation specialist for a 12-month temp-to-perm opportunity.

responsibilities

  • professional experience in editing and proofreading
  • data entry and word processing
  • preparing routine correspondence
  • general filing and records maintenance
  • verifying and compiling data for reports
  • opening mail and preparing documents for scanning
  • scanning documents through scanning device
  • distributing mail
  • and other established general clerical tasks
  • qualifications

  • high school diploma, ged or equivalent
  • experience with word; strong knowledge of excel
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • strong time management skills; effective and productive use of time
  • proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • relationship development
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • public transportation none

    driving instructions off of route 322

    schedule part time, 8 am to 5 pm
