project overview:

support operations of the internship program for the us region through outreach and communications. the internship program develops a robust and stable pipeline of skilled student talent to fill mission critical roles and reduce lead time to fill vacancies. the talent pipeline program increases direct hires and builds a strong, diverse pipeline of college and trade school student talent.

overall responsibilities:

support the delivery of the internship program within the us region by managing schedules/activities/meetings, comms announcements, and website updates.  work cross functionally with our key partners such as, hr, l/d,  dei,  bolt , colleges, universities and external vendors. 
 

top daily responsibilities: 

  • schedule intern activities
  • schedule speakers
  • create and manage comms
  • maintain, and update intern website
  • skill/experience/education


    mandatory skills/qualifications:

     

  • strong interpersonal and communications skills; open to feedback and able to flex.
  • attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
     
  • desired

    non-essential skills/qualifications: 

     

  • bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of work experience including customer focused program support, change management and event management
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast paced environment.
