account management coordinator/analyst with sap experience for wauwatosa wi.
a key role in assisting the sales team, the sales operations analyst prepares credits for distributors on the ship & credit program and acts as the subject matter expert in training distributors on ship & credit process.
reporting to the sales controller, your strong technical and interpersonal skills will assist you in providing the sales team with an efficient and effective process and system to allow for a successful ship & credit program.
responsibilities include:
• preparing formal technical and commercial training for distributors on ship & credit process
• credit memo request entry in sap
• monthly ship & credit reports, reconciliation, and troubleshooting as needed
• aiding sales colleagues and channel partners in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to make the channel more productive on ship & credit
• providing assistance and input in sales and customer experience meetings
• act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user requests.
• answering technical queries about ship & credit from distributors.
• improve data collection and analytics to help drive strategies to improve processes and tools
• other duties as assigned
background:
• experience in sap
• passion for helping distributors be successful
• one year or more of customer service experience
• experience creating and building dynamic reports out of sap
• experience with microsoft powerbi is preferred
• self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies
• a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or information systems or equivalent experience
hours: monday – friday 8:00 – 5:00pm wages:
based on education and experience $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
