this receptionist position requires candidates to:

 

provide a positive first impression for people contacting human resources

help maintain an accurate record of employment with the client

provide support functions for human resources with a high degree of accuracy within established timeframes

coordinate certain human resource policies

maintain current basic understanding of how human resources polies work and who to refer to when there are issues

perform other duties as assigned

 

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this receptionist position:

must have at least 1 year of customer service experience

human resource experience preferred

must be proficient with microsoft office.

must respect the attendance agreement

business casual dress code

high school diploma or ged

 

this position does have a pay rate of $17 an hour! we are currently hiring for monday through friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm!
