Packaging and canning associate's - united states, rockhampton

adecco is currently assisting a local brewery, recruiting for canning / filling / packaging associate’s in the nh seacoast area! these are temp-to-hire opportunities, with a starting pay rate of $17+ / hr, plus incentives and overtime!

this company is looking to train team-oriented, hard-working, reliable individuals to join their team. these positions require no prior experience (they will train the right person).

schedule:

current shift – monday – friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm

2nd shift opening in may!

responsibilities / requirements:

this position will require the willingness / availability to occasionally rotate between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts with differential pay

performs one or more filling & packaging line functions such as filling, labeling, box stacker, stacker, case inspection, cleaning/sanitizing, kegging or other duties

clean line at the end of production

clean on non-production days

must be hands-on and active in the daily activities of the filling & packaging line

perform product inspections

performs other tasks as needed

qualifications:

evening and weekend availability

experience working on a food / beverage / pharmaceutical packaging line

excellent interpersonal and communication skills

strong problem-solving skills and attention to details required

capable of standing, walking, bending, and crouching for an entire shift with occasional manipulation of items weighing up to 50lbs

knowledge of safety and sanitation practices

having reliable transportation

ability to accommodate scheduling changes as needed
