your duties and responsibilities will include:
working across various sections of the kitchen, grill, starters, fish, sauce, passproactive attitude on serviceassisting with all aspects of the kitchen and a willingness to learn the areas you are not sure offull engagement and involvement with kitchen team and foh teamwillingness to learn, develop and progress as the business growsin order to be considered, applicants must:
currently work as a sous chef passionate about coking great fresh food, loving hospitality and the industry;have a great team work ethichave a good understanding of kitchen basics, following recipes and working in a busy environmentabout the company
