duties
your role as an administration / qc / document control / export administrator will include:
providing coverage / handling / creating and checking all document / certification packs for customer orders ensuring they are raised and meeting individual customer requirements
accurate creation of dispatch notes to accompany orders
liaise with clients to arrange and facilitate material inspections onsite and load tests at varying locations
control all documentation associated with client requirements and manage client expectations
arranging exports for international clients, arranging collections and creation of commercial invoices
offer assistance to cover holiday, sickness, peak periods, in reviewing and confirming the correct certifications are accompanying the correct materials
log all relevant certificates onto relevant spread sheets
scan all relevant certification documents and hyperlink each one
process materials onto emax erp system and ensure all items are correctly booked onto system
candidate requirements
previous administration experience within an office environment
experience of an erp system advantageous although full training will be provided
the ability to work well individually and as part of a team
excellent people skills
good communication skills required as you will be dealing directly with both customers and suppliers
the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment is essential
