this role is a senior position for the business and would attract those from an operations management / technical engineering management background or similar.

managing the technical department as well as overseeing the workshop / engineering department, this will suit those who have coordinated others in a design capacity through to those managing the manufacture of equipment or parts through to the delivery to customers and clients.

candidates sought may have had experience managing materials and suppliers, although procurement is handled by a dedicated buyer, you will have an involvement though or some experience.

this operational role would be suited to those who are from an engineering, low volume machinery or parts production background.

a true leader and 'people person', you will be a hands on manager who enjoys working with others getting the best out of them, whilst also displaying professionalism to your customers.

you might be from a special purpose machinery / capital equipment / engineering parts low volume manufacture type of arena or similar currently looking for your next challenge... you must at least be from an engineering technical management background to be shortlisted.
