do you live and breathe computers? we need a talented it geek who is conversant with using web-based technologies. you will likely be someone whose friends and family turn to for it support. you may have studied computer sciences at school, college or university. you probably mess around with games design, web design or a bit of coding. you're probably the kind of person who is up through the night with pizza and monster energy drinks - although we don't recommend that lifestyle!
we don't need qualifications, but we do need people who love to play with it tech.
we can start you on our it support desk answering incoming tickets on our software. we'll give you full training. after a year or two doing this, we will be able to move you on to other areas in the company as your skills and experiences develop.
you will need really good written english since you will be responding to our clients via web-based support tickets. you will need to be well organised and able to work under your own initiative much of the time, although you will be part of a supportive team.
ideally you will be able to attend our offices in thetford, norfolk. you will be able to work remotely from home too.
