we are seeking a loving, caring, nurturing and fun nanny to help care for a girl of 3 months, starting after doing a handover with the current maternity nurse toward the end of may, 22.

the nanny will work in partnership with mum who works from home so needs a nanny who is happy with a mix for sole and shared care. there is a brilliant routine in place set by the current norland maternity nurse. they would like a nanny who is knowledgeable of eyfs and experienced at dealing with all developmental milestones whilst maintaining a good routine.

the hours are 8am to 6pm, monday to friday for a daily nanny, with one evening babysitting per week. a driver is essential for this role and a car will be available for nursery duties.

the mother employs a housekeeper and has a dog, therefore the nanny must be a dog lover. holiday travel will be required by the nanny and destinations will include europe, the usa and the bahamasfor up to 3 weeks each time.

there is also an option for a nanny to live in and work monday - friday, 7am - 7pm. live-in accommodation available would be a bedroom and bathroom with a negotiable live-in salary offered.

duties:

maintaining a solid routine for the baby who is currently bottle fed.
focus on the care of the baby, developing routines, organising age appropriate activities to stimulate development including local classes and days trips as well as play at home.
encouraging the baby’s educational development as she gets older.
supporting developmental milestones.
being extremely safely conscious
cooking fresh healthy food for the baby when weaning and on solid meals.
driving as required within the position
traveling with the family
doing all nursery duties

to be considered for this role you must:

have 5+ years professional experience ideally as a nanny
be qualified with nvq level 3, cache level 3 in childcare or have an early years degree.
have excellent contactable references
be a confident driver with a clean drivers license
be fluent in english language
possess (or be willing to get) an up to date dbs check
