adecco is assisting recruiting for shipping & receiving roles in trotwood, ohio.

shipping and receiving associates will oversee the shipping and delivery of materials as well as inventory. loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes and unloading of material as well as manage inventory and maintain communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise.

responsibilities for shipping & receiving jobs include but are not limited to:

 

operate forklift.

ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics operational goals

inventory management.

establish and manage relations with warehouses, carriers, and customers.

loading and unloading of freight.

ability to work as part of a team

 

regular and predictable attendance and adherence to schedule.

 

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for shipping & receiving jobs:

 

high school diploma or equivalent

3 years related experience

1 year recent forklift operation experience

valid driver’s license
