milkwood care limited is a care home company operating 9 care homes through our petersfield head office. we have a small team of four providing support services to the care home managers and the directors, who are also based in petersfield.
duties include -
issuing invoices in respect of the care fees
chasing monies owed to us
assisting in the monthly payroll
building a good relationship with the care home managers and making sure they send you the correct information required
skills required -
time management is key to ensure monthly deadlines are met
computerised accounting experience is preferred - using software such as sage, iris payroll, excel and microsoft
there is generally more administration work than accounting, so the successful applicant will need to be well organised and be able to ensure all of the information required in head office is received.
pay and hours tbc.
