we currently have a great opportunity for an experienced sous chef to support the head chef in leading the brigade to deliver amazing quality dishes to 2 aa rosette standard, offering a mixture of contemporary and traditional dishes.

our client is part of a luxury hotel group. this hotel is a beautiful luxury country house hotel on the outskirts of daventry with a 2 aa rosette restaurant, lounge, bar and al fresco and private dining options, creating fantastic memories for the hotel guests.

the sous chef will have:
