at our paignton based residential care home we provide a care support partnership for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs, who need assistance with their social and household activities.

our support workers are the heroes of our workforce. they are the ones who overcome daily challenges to achieve amazing outcomes for the people we support. each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to enable those you support to have meaningful days, feeling empowered to live the life they love.

in this role you will be expected to:

* be able to demonstrate a warm, person centred and affirmative approach to people with learning disabilities

* support other members of the team

* administer medication in line with our procedures

* put together and maintain comprehensive individual care plans for the people we support

* keep records and report and follow through on incidents as they arise
