meeting, conference and events booking consultant leading travel and conferencing company

salary £20,600+ excellent benefits, pension scheme and 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) 40-hour week, per week, monday to friday, flexible shift patterns.

you'll need to have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and be the type of person that strives to exceed customer expectations through ensuring that your communication is friendly, consistent, clear and accurate whether that be verbally or written.

you'll be extremely organised, efficient and be able to manage your time well to ensure you meet customers and company deadlines. you'll have the strength of character to deal with challenges, and remain unflustered at times of pressure.

you'll have an attention to detail that ensures processes and administration is done correctly, first time to meet the customers expectations. you'll be able to work on your own initiative, and also be a team player and enjoy working with a team and with the support of a manager.

you will be able to learn new systems easily and quickly – full training is provided by their friendly and supportive team.
