responsibilities for the pharmacy technician:
pharmacy technician will be responsible for claims, answering phones and submitting electronic claims. this role requires employee to be on the phone about 50% of the time
this is a closed door pharmacy/not customer facing
qualifications for the pharmacy technician:
high school diploma or ged
completion of pharmacy technician training program
must maintain current certification, and ptcb certification is preferred
