we don’t mind if you’re currently a deputy manager, kitchen manager, assistant manager or an ambitious supervisor. we’d love you to have a good understanding of stock & labour control but more importantly you’re passionate about food and at your happiest in a busy environment whilst training, inspiring & developing a happy team. it’s great if you’ve worked in a qsr, delivery or ‘dark kitchen’ but we’d also love to hear from you if you’ve spent time running a bar, restaurant, pub or contract catering unit. as long as you’re organised and passionate about delivering amazing service then you’re probably our kind of amigo!
