our client are working exclusively with a skipton based company who is looking to bring on another project manager to their steadily growing team. this is a new role and you will be responsible for all products within this business. our client is a private label producer, supplying a number or large retailers.

experience of working within fmcg is highly advantageous and you'll have exceptional it skills, including excel.

role summary:

responsible for the project management of all products within the group businesseswork closely with the sales team to grow existing & targeted new accounts & customersworking with marketing & supply chain team, the project manager must ensure that the business launches all customer projects on time & in full ensuring processes are adhered toownership of the project tracker & all critical paths
day to day duties and responsibilities:

manage projects within the processes and timelines. end to end project management.ensure critical paths are smart, are adhered too & hit key critical times to ensure on time in full launcheskeeping project trackers up to date & live. work with the supply chain to manage run in run out with the aim of zero write off.work with wider team on reducing the amounts of 90 day stockownership of the artwork process & aim to use internal artwork resource whenever possible.requesting project initiation (bom set up & bom live)ownership of product books & ensuring kept up to date and relevant

working closely with design colleagues to work on concepts & final artwork.

liaising with supply chain on sourcing & purchasing on projectsmanage all retailer requests for business development ie. npd briefs from customers, quotations, tendersmaintaining relationships with key supplierslink with technical team, ensuring compliance and meeting rules within given marketslink with suppliers on npd, innovation and opportunities to develop rangesensure all activity and costs are maintained within the budgets & costs, apportioned back where necessary to the supplierkey sales data analysed, shared & sent round weekly where applicablerunning a regular project meeting; ownership,supply chain projects worked on alongside team as and when requiredcreativity and initiative of developing new ideas for new brand & private label opportunitiescommercial success & review with sales teams of products launched
