our customer services department is responsible for communicating with our customers as clearly and effectively as possible, answering their queries and providing excellent customer service to ensure that their needs are continued to be met.
what are my responsibilities?
* speak directly with customers, both over the telephone and email
* maintaining and updating customer accounts on our system
* managing courier claims and replacement orders
* organising refunds and product return
* liaising with other departments within the company where necessary
what skills are required?
* ability to manage workload
* problem solving skills are vital
* empathy and understanding when talking to customers
* strong computer skills
* ability to multitask

* gbp23,000 basic salary
* full-time hours - 5-day working week that includes weekend work and may include bank holiday work (you will never work both saturday & sunday, and you will be guaranteed two weekends off a month when fully staffed)
