freshly prepared by experienced chefs, murasaki offers only the best fish available through a dedicated fish supplier and uses the finest ingredients.
opening positions:
(1) floor staff (full time)
* minimum 1 year experience in japanese restaurant preferred
* from £9.50 + tip during 3 months probation period, followed by promotion to a full time position
* basic shift ----- monday to sunday, lunch: 11:00-15:30, dinner: 17:00-23:00
* working hours ----- 45 hours, over 5 days per week
* paid holiday ----- 28 days per year
(2) assistant manager (full time)
* minimum 2 years experience in japanese restaurant preferred
* from £10.00 + tip during 3 months probation period, followed by promotion to a full time position (fixed monthly payment thereafter, up to 30k per year)
* basic shift ----- monday to sunday, lunch: 11:00-15:30, dinner: 17:00-23:00
* working hours ----- 45 hours, over 5 days per week
* paid holiday ----- 28 days per year

salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
