at tradewind espresso (118 whiteladies road, bs8 2rp) we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our small, enthusiastic and professional team. we are passionate about fresh food and coffee.

we cook things from scratch, frequently updating our brunch menu and baked items according to the availability of the local and seasonal ingredients.

we are looking for an experienced chef who is capable of motivating and directing staff, upholding company standards and taking responsibility in the absence of the head chef.

previous experience with baking, ordering and stock control is essential.

this position would suit a chef who loves working with fresh produce, someone with a careful eye for details and good presentation skills. a clean and efficient worker, and someone who can be both a leader and a team player.

 this is a full-time permanent position consisting of 40 hours a week

 salary: £24.000 per year

 5 daytime shifts (mon - sun / between 7am and 4.30pm)

 staff meal provided on shift

 share of tips

 christmas and new year's period off
