who are you?

have 2-3 years’ experience in a busy, varied office administration related role.
love to create order out of chaos.
knowledge of basic hr administration and health and safety.
have the ability to understand a company’s office requirements and predict what’s going to be needed.
leverage your unique blend of experience and common sense.
quick at learning new skills.
a master communicator who enjoys ‘getting things done’ to a high standard.
an efficient planner with the ability to prioritise.
naturally apply logic and care when decision making and problem solving.
the right hand of the md with an interest in making life easier.
equipped with knowledge of microsoft office packages; such as excel, powerpoint, word, pdfs etc.
have a great command of english with the ability to write formal letters, emails etc.
observant with great attention to detail in all areas.
pro-active with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn.
eager to take on responsibilities as the role grows.
have the ability to work to deadlines.

your overall responsibilities will include:

email, diary and time management for the md
providing ad hoc personal admin support to the md
ad hoc property management duties
manage the hr administration and record keeping
manage company recruitment and employee onboarding
oversee the company health & safety - implement changes where required and update documentation and record keeping.
assist with company administration – kpis, accreditations etc.
stock control of office consumables
assist other managers with project requirements when needed – scheduling projects and invoicing, generating quotes etc.
management of the company calendar - including company fleet, machine servicing and insurances
maintenance of office equipment and it troubleshooting
organise company events
maintain and update company procedural documentation
assist with ad hoc administrative duties – including scanning, creating powerpoints, constructing spreadsheets etc.
conducting research, sourcing information and collating data.

full training will be provided, but the right attitude is key.
