a family in devon is currently looking for a live in nanny to care for and create a safe and stimulating environment for their baby, toddler and nursery aged child. they seek an outdoorsy, fun, and engaging candidate who has experience looking after children of a similar age group and will be happy to take charge of all nursery duties related to them.
it is important for these devon residents to hire someone who can drive, and they can provide a manual car if needed. a valid first aid qualification is needed for this role.
working hours: monday to friday, from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm with one hour break
accommodation: single bedroom with own bathroom
duties include:
cooking healthy meals for the children,
following morning and afternoon routines,
changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training,
helping the older child with homework,
teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
creating activities and playdates,
preparing and administering healthy food for the children,
preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime,
cleaning and washing up after children’s meals,
washing and ironing children’s clothes,
and reporting every activity and issue to the parents.
this role will ideally start by the end of march.
